Subject to a number of requirements a Garage or Out Building can be applied for under Permitted Development, which is great news as Council can not object to the proposal. This process still required plans to be drawn and submitted to your local authority for a Certificate of Lawfulness.

Includes all existing plans and proposed designs required for the Council e.g Elevations, Floor Plans, Sections, Site Layouts.

Submission Package - £250
Includes:
  • Preparation of all relevant forms
  • OS Maps and Block Plans
  • Planning Statement
  • Submission and Tracking of Application
