LPS were instructed to design a beautiful and spacious new build family home in the town of Reigate, Surrey.
Deceiving to the eye, utilising Flemish bond brick work and sash windows you can't help but think this property could well be a renovated period home.
However this is actually a highly energy efficient eco friendly new build with design inspirations from Georgian homes located in the surrounding Conservation area. A beautiful symmetrical design with large sash windows using the golden ratio and features including an internal atrium and modern sliding pocket doors to the rear.
