Feature Annexe Extension and Conversion of Stable to Holiday Appartment.

LPS were instructed to help develop an existing site which had numerous outbuildings for conversion to create annexe and holiday let accommodation within close reach of the Suffolk Coastline.
The site comprised of a large detached country home located on large grounds within the small Suffolk village of Kettleburgh. With a number of underutilised buildings, we were able to extend and repurpose these existing buildings to create annexe and holiday let accommodation to provide additional revenue streams for the homeowner.
