Rear Extension

LPS were referred by a neighbouring property and subsequently appointed in August 2017 to design a rear extension and alterations to the clients home.

As part of a stunning set of mews properties, the client wanted to maintain the existing character of the property whilst enhancing the living quality by extending the exiting kitchen to allow for a more communal area where they find they usually congregate.

By utilising permitted development rights not only is the extension guaranteed approval but it also allows the creative freedom without the Councils opinion effecting or preventing the project from moving forward.
