LPS were instructed to redevelop an existing residential site to provide a pair of modern and bespoke semi detached dwellings within the London Borough of Redbridge.
Working with our client, we designed two 4 bedroom units of accommodation that provide generous living space over 3 floors. Designed with bright and spacious open plan living space on the ground floor, the properties provided high quality new homes in an area of London where new build houses are in limited supply.
